How do I export payment information?

You can export the details of payments that have been made on your site into a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. This file can be opened in most spreadsheet programs (for example: Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers).

To export the payment details:

  1. Go to Import/ Export > Export Wizard and select Start Data Export Wizard.
  2. Next to What do you want to export? select Payment Export.
  3. Enter a filename of the exported file and click on Continue to Next Step.

File settings

  1. Select the fields that you would like to export. Click on Add New Field to File and select Payment Details in the first drop down menu.
  2. In the second drop down, select the field. For example:
    • Order ID - the order number
    • Payment Method - what type of payment (credit card, direct deposit)
    • Authorisation Message
    • Amount Paid

    • The order in which you add fields to your export file here, is the order they will appear in your file.
    • The system will automatically add column headers or names to fields in your export file. You can edit these column headers or field names on this page.
    • NOTE: Neto does not store credit card information. Only the first and last digits of the card number will be exported.
  3. When you have added all the fields you need, click on Continue to Next Step.
