About Us

Neto is a leading Australian based ecommerce/shopping cart provider. We are a young and talented team of developers, designers, and ecommerce experts that work hard to deliver the best ecommerce websites and applications in Australia. Our customers include some of Australia's best-known online retail success stories.

Neto is growing rapidly and we are now looking for an Application Support Consultant to join our team.

Primary objective

You will support our customers and help them to grow their online retail businesses through the use of our SAAS applications.

Role overview

You will be a support guru that our internal teams and customers turn to for questions about our web applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolve customers' technical issues via phone and email/ticketing system
  • Analyse, formulate, and deliver online training to meet customers' needs
  • Ascertain customers' requirements, ecommerce needs, and configure software

Requirements

We are looking for a highly logical, hardworking person who is tech-savvy, can identify application-level issues and solve them. 

  • An educational background in IT (TAFE or uni)
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge in web languages such as HTML and CSS
  • An ability to quickly learn new things
  • Experience in ecommerce/shopping cart software (it's what we do!)
  • Good communicator with excellent oral and written skills (English)
  • Database or API knowledge would be a bonus
  • Knowledge of Scrum would be an advantage

A good sense of humour and a willingness to participate in our social office atmosphere is also important.
