Neto Protip: Login as any customer without needing their password

Did you know that you can log in as any customer without needing to know their username and password? This is a super useful thing to be able to do when your customer is experiencing issues – especially when they are purchasing items on your website. By logging in to your Neto site as your customer, you can see what they see and help them with their query. 

So how do we do this? Well it's easy – just follow these steps:

1. Hover over Customers in the top navigation and select View All Customers. You should be presented with a page where you can search for your customer. 

2. Once you find who you are looking for, go to the right hand side of your record and open the context (or popup) menu and select, Login As Customer. A new tab or window will be opened and you will be logged in as that user.
