In this video we are going to demonstrate how to add notes to a customer card. This can be done by adding notes to an internal reference section or by logging a customer contact.
Customers >View All Customers
Search by using the filter at the top of the page.
Open your customer card by clicking on the name or ID.
To add notes to the internal notes section, click in the box and write the note. Save when complete.
To log a customer contact, click Contact Log in the submenu.
Click Add New Entry.
Fill out the details of the conversation and click Okay.
Save the changes.
