How to allocate a customer to a price group

Video Transcript

Neto customers can belong to six different price groups: A, B, C, D, E and F.

Every product in the system can have a different price for each group, for example general public customers who belong to group A can buy the product for $20 but wholesale or VIP customers who belong to price group B can buy the product for $15.

By default, all customers are assigned to group A.

To change a customer's group, go to:

Customers > View All Customers

Click on the username of the customer.

From the drop down menu next to "User Group", select the pricing group for the customer.

Save your changes.

From now on, when the customer logs in, they will see pricing appropriate for their group.

Customer price group names can be changed for easier reference. See the video in the Neto 101 series.
