How to generate a customer statement






In this video we will demonstrate:

 

  • How to generate a customer statement

  • How to email a statement to a customer

  • How to save a statement as a PDF

  • How to print a statement

 

From the control panel go to:

Customers > View All Customers

 

Locate the customer you wish to create a statement for and drill into their customer card.

 

Click on the Accounts submenu. Under Email or PDF statement, click the Generate Account Statement button. Select a Start Date and End Date for the statement.

 

To send the statement to the primary and secondary emails on the account select Send as email from the drop down and click Okay. A pop up will notify you of success.

 

To download as a PDF Document, click the Generate Account Statement. Select a Start Date and End Date for the statement. Select Download as PDF from the drop down menu and click Okay. Select where to save the file on your computer. If you need to print a the statement you can do this with the PDF document.
