In this video we will demonstrate how to resend a gift voucher.
To email a customer a second copy of a gift voucher that already exists in system go to:
Marketing > Voucher & Rewards Program > Vouchers not yet redeemed
Use the filters to find the voucher you need to send. Please take note of the advanced filter options on this screen which include a search field for both order and customer. Once you have found the voucher you wish to resend, open it by clicking either on the Voucher ID or Voucher Title.
If you want to add a personalised message in the email, enter it in the message editor and save.
If not, you can leave this section blank. Scroll down to the bottom and select Send Voucher Message on Save.
Click save to send out the voucher by email.
