In this video we will demonstrate how to resend a gift voucher.
To email a customer a second copy of a gift voucher that already exists:
From the Neto Dashboard navigate to Sales Orders > Vouchers & Rewards.
Once you have found the voucher you wish to resend, open it by clicking either on the Voucher ID or Voucher Title.
Check the Send Voucher Message On Save box and Save.
The voucher will now be sent to the Message Recipient Email.
