Getting Started with eWay Rapid 3.1

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > Payment Methods and click the Complete Setup button next to eWay.


    Depending on your version of Neto, you may be required to install Managed Checkout to use this functionality.

  2. Select eWay Rapid and click Continue.


  3. Select Visa, Mastercard and any other card options you have access to with your eWay agreement.

  4. Enter your Eway Rapid API Key and Eway Rapid API User Password which is the information provided by eWay.

    eWay will send you instructions on creating a user. This user’s password is what you enter for the above information.

  5. Click the Continue button at the bottom and then press Save & Close afterwards.

Getting Started with traditional eWay

  1. From the Neto dashboard, navigate to Setup & Tools > Payment Methods and Add New Payment Method at the bottom.

  2. Click the Visa & Mastercard option.

  3. Click eWay from the from the first drop-down menu and select either Realtime Processing or Store Card & Charge Later option. If you have the Store Card & Charge Later option, you will still be able to process credit cards in real-time as well.

  4. Select Visa, Mastercard and any other card options you have access to with your eWay agreement.



  5. Enter your Eway gateway customer id.

  6. Select the Eway payment gateway url. If you have Beagle Anti-Fraud as part of your eWay account, select this, otherwise select Live.

  7. Press Continue button.
