Supported Hardware



Neto Pick'n Pack is delivered in two ways:

  1. as an Apple iOS App
  2. through a traditional web browser (as a Web App)

Both methods support barcode scanning and printing, provided compatible hardware is used.

Pick'n Pack iOS Apple App Version

The following hardware is supported by the mobile Pick’n Pack Apple iOS App. The App can be installed here:

Mobile Devices:

Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad. Compatible with iOS 6.1 or later. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.

Printers:

Any printer that is supported by Presto ( http://www.collobos.com), this includes the vast majority of inkjet, laser and thermal label printers.

Presto enables printing from Apple devices through Air Print.

Web Browser Version

Most modern web browsers including:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox (version 30 and above)
  • Internet Explorer (version 9 and above)

The web browser version of Pick'n Pack can be accessed by going directly to:

https://mydomain.com/do/suppliers/mobile

(Replace "https://mydomain.com" with your Neto domain)

Barcode Scanners:

Any barcode scanner that acts as an input device for your Mac or PC. This includes Bluetooth and USB barcode scanners. Neto Pick'n Pack listens for either a [tab] or [enter] after your scan to determine its next action.

Printers:

Any printer that supports printing directly from your web browser is supported. For thermal label printing from Windows devices, we suggest using the Seagull Printer driver. Click here for thermal label printer setup instructions.
