What challenges were you facing before Neto?
Where do I start? We have used both Big Commerce and Prestashop. Both are just shopping carts. Neither had a proper integration with eBay, accounting systems, or the Shopping Comparison sites. Let alone an integration with Australia Post (which is amazing with Neto). I used to spend half my day just processing orders and manually entering data.
How did the Neto solution help solve your challenges?
We had an idea of what we wanted that would resolve the challenges we faced. Neto has gone well beyond that point. For example we wanted a platform that would automatically populate Australia Post with all the information for each order. Neto has this as a built in function. What would take us over an hour to do previously now literally takes us a few seconds.
For the most part the Neto team have been very helpful in dealing with any issues we have faced.
What was the end result?
Neto has been the best choice our company has ever made. The level of automation and integration the platform offers is second to none. If we were still using Big Commerce or Presta Shop we would probably have to hire three to five people to do the job Neto automatically does.
Like with any piece of software there are occasional hiccups. But we are yet to find a hiccup that has taken more than a week or two to resolve.
